  • How can I pay when booking on the website directly?
    When making a reservation online via our website booking service, you will automatically be directed to PayPal, where you can choose to use your PayPal account, debit or credit card to complete your reservation.
  • Is parking available at the resort? Is there a fee for parking?
    Secured parking is available on site and is free of charge. Reservation is needed. Please contact us at least 1 week prior to arrival.
  • How much does a taxi/car service cost from the seaport/airport?
    Local Taxis and/or local tricycles are available at both seaport and airport (reservation is not needed). The price for a taxi and/or tricycle can vary. Always negotiate a price. Private Car Service is also available and can be pre-booked with us directly. Please see "Services" for more information and prices.
  • Is the resort a smoke free establishment?
    Smoking is strictly perhibited inside the rooms. A penalty fee of PHP 15,000.00 will be applied if any kind of smoking is detected. Smoking may be permitted in designated smoking areas and on your terrace only.
  • Do you offer breakfast in the resort?
    Alona's Coral Garden Resort is a self-service resort. We do not offer any breakfast choices. All of our rooms are equipped with a kitchenette and minibar. the kitchen area has many accessories, including large fridge, gas stove-top and many others. We also provide you with a breakfast starter* (butter, jam and cream cheese) for your first morning. Bread rolls or baguettes can be order in advance (minimum 1 night before). *based on availability
  • Do you have a dive center in the resort?
    Alona's Coral Garden Resort does not have its own dive center, however we work in partnership with the seaquest dive center at Alona Beach. Dive courses, tours and snorkeling trips can be arranged in advance. Please click here for more information.
