Resort Policies

PAYMENTS


you have several options how to pay for your room. we offer paypal (credit & debit card, without having to have a paypal account), wechat pay, alipay, union pay and tab.travel (accepting all major credit cards, including amex and discover).

all payment links can be found under the tab "information" - "payment information". please be advised that management does not have the authority to charge credit/debit cards without the guests physical presence.

CASH PAYMENT


Cash currencies are accepted in: ₱ (Philippine Pesos), € (Euros) and $ (US Dollars).

we do not offer currency exchange. atm's can be found nearby.

BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS


You have the option online via an online travel agency to book a non-refundable or refundable room with us. When making a reservation via a non-refundable rate, 100% of the room total will be due within 5 business days of your booking. When making a reservation via a refundable rate, 50% of your room total will be due within 5 business days and the remainder 2 weeks prior to arrival (refundable rates can be cancelled free of charge up to *14 days before arrival). please be advised that management does not have the authority to charge credit/debit cards without the guests physical presence.

any guests checking out before their original depature date will be charged for the entire stay as per booking regulations.

Please be aware that rates & prices may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

EXTENDING


Please be so kind and talk to our front desk staff if you like to extend your stay with us. Keep in mind that the earlier you extend the better chance you may have to keep the same room. Availability may be limited and cannot be guaranteed.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our third party partners: paypal, tab.travel and veritas. payment links can be sent to you in advance; final bills can be settled via credit card or debit card as well as paypal or cash. please be advised that management does not have the authority to charge credit/debit cards without the guests physical presence. credit/debit cards used online to book a room are only used to guarantee your booking but not for direct payment. you will receive a booking acknowledgement email/message through your booking partner with several options on how to pay for your room. booking conditions are listed in the fine print section of any third party booking partners. for any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us directly.

SECURITY DEPOSIT


A refundable security deposit in cash in the amount of PHP 5,000.00, $100 or €100 is collected upon check-in and returned in cash or to be used towards your final bill after final inspection of the room.

AGE REQUIREMENT


All guest(s) must be at least 18 years or older and present a valid Photo ID upon check-in. all persons checking into a room will be required to show a valid photo id. no exceptions are made.

AIRCONDITIONER & FANS


The A/C units should only be used as necessary and with the environment in mind. Usage during the night and a few hours during the daytime is considered economical and user friendly. Our A/C units are not meant to be run 24 hours a day. The use of the A/C is permitted only for the room where the A/C is located and not for the cooling of other rooms. Doors and windows must be closed. If you leave the unit, the A/C must be turned off.

aircon Units left on when leaving your room will automatically be switched off to conserve energy.

BATH-ROOM & BED, LINEN, TOWELS – LAUNDRY


Towels are replaced every 2 days and bed sheets every 3 days.

 

Please take a shower after using sun-oil or massage-oil to protect the towels and bed-sheets. Ruined towels and/or beddings may be charged to you if the stains are unremovable.

HELP TO PROTECT OUR ENVIRONMENT
Every day tons of detergent and millions of gallons of water are used to wash towels that have been only used once.

A towel on the rack means
“I’ll use it again.”
A towel on the floor means
“Please exchange.”

EXTRA BEDS


There is no extra space in any of our units/rooms to place an additional bed/cot.

BEACH- & POOL-TOWELS


Extra towels can be requested at the front desk.
White towels are only to be used for the shower inside your room. We provide you with separate pool and beach towels upon request.

 

MASSAGE SERVICE


Please reserve in advance if possible – best one day before your Massage.
The Price-List can be found in the informational booklet inside your room or at the front desk.
The therapist brings a blanket with to protect the beddings, if you like the massage inside your room. If you get an oil-massage, please take a shower before you use any towels and/or the bed to prevent unremovable stains.
You can also enjoy your massage by the lounge area.

CLEANING SERVICES


All units are cleaned on a daily basis, unless otherwise requested.

DAMAGES AND/OR BROKEN ITEMS


A price list of all items can be found inside your room in the informational booklet. If you have damaged and/or broken an item kindly approach the front desk for help.

DOCTORS, DENTISTS & EMERGENCIES


The front desk can provide you with more details on nearby hospitals, specific doctors and dentists. If you are experimenting an emergency please approach any staff members right away or dial 117. detailed information can also be obtained in your informational booklet in your room.

FOOD & DRINKS


Please avoid leaving any kind of food out in the open and always use appropriate containers to store your left overs in order to avoid attracting ants and other insects.
If your trash receptacle is full or needs emptying please do not hesitate to bring it to our attention and we will discard of it right away. outside drinks and food is also allowed in our restaurant/bar, a corkage fee of php500 per bottle may apply. prices and rules in regards to outside food/drinks may change without prior notice.

FRIDGE & freezer


Your fridge/minibar has been filled with an assorted mix of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and some snacks (price-list on top of your fridge). Outside food and drinks are permitted. ice can be found at our restaurant/bar for a small fee.

RESORT SECURITY (GUARD ON DUTY)


The security guard is on duty from 18:00 – 06:00 (6PM-6AM)
If you go out and come back late at night or early in the morning, the guard will open the gate for you. If the Guard is not near the gate entrance, kindly ring the provided door-bell.

GUEST’S BELONGINGS


Guests are reminded to lock they'r door when leaving the room or going to bed at night. Please use the provided safe for your personal belongings at all times. Management will not assume any responsibility for any lost, stolen or left behind items of any kind for any reason.

VISITORS


For insurance reasons, every visitor must register at the front desk when entering the property. Failure to do so may result in removal from the property and/or chargeable cancellation of the guest.
Visitors are reminded and informed to leave the property no later than 22:00 at night. Guests of visitors are responsible for them during their visit. The resort and/or management assumes no liability. Failure for a visitor to leave on time may result in extra charges for the guest who he/she is visiting.

HOUSE-RULES


House rules are clearly posted in each unit either on the wall or in the “informational booklet” in your room. rules & regulations may be subject to change without prior notice. updates will be posted clearly.

INTERNET & WIFI


Internet usage and WIFI is provided free of charge through the entire resort. The resort and/or management assumes no responsibility for internet down-times and/or technical issues that may occur.

 

CHILDREN (KIDS)


We are an Adult-Only Resort, we do not accommodate kids. Minimum age is 18.

kitchenette


The preparation of any Seafood, Durian and/or any other smelly foods is strictly prohibited!
If cooking of seafood, smelly food or Durian is detected in your room a fee of 15,000.00 PHP (300.00 $ or 300,00 €) will be applied to your bill in order to cover the cost of cleaning. do not drink any water out of the faucet. purified drinking water is provided free of charge in your kitchenette (5 gal. water dispenser)

WATER usage & drinking water


Use the water wisely to support the environment.

do not drink any water from the faucet!
Purified-Drinking-Water can be found in the 20 Liter (5-gallon water dispenser), it is free and will be refilled when needed by housekeeping.

LAUNDRY & laundry services


Due to a septic tank system on the entire island of Panglao, washing of your own laundry, especially with cleaning detergent is strictly prohibited and will result in a penalty fee. laundry can be cleaned nearby (ask the front desk for more information)

LOST LUGGAGE/items


In the event of any luggage being lost or misplaced by the airlines, please contact the Front Desk for assistance. We will be pleased to provide you with basic toiletries should you require them.

MAINTENANCE


Please help us maintain our rooms in the best possible condition. If there is anything in your room that needs the attention of our Engineering or Housekeeping, please advise our front desk for further assistance.

MANAGEMENT RIGHTS (PRIVATE PROPERTY)


It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable and responsible manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the Resort premises.
The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the Resort forthwith, without prior notice and without assigning any reason what so ever, and the guests shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.

NOISE/DISTURBANCES


The Resort reserves the right to charge a noise disturbance fee if compensation has to be given to other guests due to a noise complaint or disturbance.
Please be respectful to all other guests and adhere to our “Quiet Hours”.
Please NO loud noise after 22:00 (10PM). Radio, Smartphone and/or TV are to be used at a “room-level” volume. No loud talking, shouting or screaming outside late at night.

PARKING


Free private parking is available on site (reservation is needed). Every Car or Motorcycle must be registered. Please provide the front desk with you plate number and vehicle information. be sure to lock and remove any valuable items from your vehicle; management is not liable for any lost, stolen or left behind items of any kind for any reason.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO’S


Using photographs and video’s taken in the Resort for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to legal prosecution.
THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING ACT OF THE PHILIPPINES.

 

PETS


Pets and any other animals are not permitted in the Resort.

POOL-RULES


Can be found in the informational booklet and also posted near the pool area.

SMOKING


All our units/rooms are non-smoking.
If smoking is detected in your room, a fee of 15,000.00 PHP (300.00 $ or 300,00 €) will be applied on your bill in order to cover the extensive cost of deep cleaning and restoring the room to a smoke-free condition.

 

TAXES, FEES & OTHER SERVICE CHARGES


The Government Tax (VAT) of 12% is included in your room rate.
Additional Fees are subject to change from time to time and vary pending on new laws & regulations. changes may occure without any prior written notice.
